Mississippi...
So, Maggie and I got safely into New Orleans last night, and were driven to Jackson, MS by my parents and sister. This morning I woke up to Snow! Jackson practically shut down. We are glad to be here, but we miss you, Sam...
Here is Maggie eating snacks on her seat as we fly over Utah. She did awesome, and made friends with everyone around us.

here she is in action:
In this clip Maggie is looking for her cellphone. We just got new ones so the old ones are hers, and the best part is they still light up and make noise...

Thanksgiving in Montana
I hope y'all had a happy thanksgiving. We had a great time at the Montana Miltenberger's. Maggie loved all the new friends, and attention, and started on the path to speaking.
Thanksgiving morning she pulled her socks out of our bag and held them out to me and said "socks", and when we stopped in Missoula and passed a Costco I said "hey, there's a Costco", and from the back seat I heard a little voice saying "costco".
Other words are hi, wuff (for woof/ruff), meow (her own version), -men (amen), and of course mama and dada.
Maggie loves to dance, so watch out Aunt MoMo because she is ready to party at your wedding... and she has got some good moves. Maggie even has a "chore". When we change her diaper she throws it in the trash. She loves it, probably because she gets applause.
I don't have many pictures from Thanksgiving, Maggie kept me pretty busy, but I will try and get some up soon.

Maggie says "thank you":
This is also how she blows kisses. Last night we were reading a book about a little rabbit who wants to play baseball and she said "baseball". Her other words are hi, mama, dada, and she has started copying sounds that we make, and chatters all the time... Also she is doing more, thank you and please in sign language. Well, she wants to get in my lap, so I need to go because she doesn't sit in my lap, she stands...

crazy girl!
this is one of maggie's favorite things to do, but usually she will hold on and rock back and forth, she was distracted by her baby today (who she wanted wrapped up in a blanket).
p.s. i am learning how to knit and am working on a very uneven blanket for maggie's baby...
