Summertime!

Well, we are in Lewiston at Sam's parents, so I thought I would take advantage of their internet. Sam had his last exam yesterday, and we have officialy started our summer. We are spending today and tonight in Lewiston, and then we will be heading out to Boise tomorrow.
Spring is finally reaching Moscow-leaves are budding, and the grass and wheat are turning green again, and there are tulips and daffodils everywhere (what happened to Global Warming?). Here in Lewiston the dogwoods are in full bloom, and so is everything else, it is so beautiful.
Maggie is now 9 months old and her newest thing is clapping, it is pretty cute. We will hopefully have internet in Boise, so I will be putting some pictures up soon!

What we have been up to

Well, we are at Merilee's, we had lunch with her, and now we are hanging around and using her laptop and internet connection. Unfortunately, I left our cord for the camera at home, so there won't be pictures, but here is what we've been up to.
Maggie had her first real babysitting last Friday. Sam and I had a Law Review Banquet, so Aunt Merilee came over and babysat. Everything went fine, and we had a great time. Sam is gearing up for finals and we are looking forward to spending the summer down in Boise. I am hoping for Spring. We had two really warm beautiful days, so I sat on our steps and soaked up as much sunshine as I could, eventually I had to go iside due to waiting laundry, but I did get a very minor sunburn...
Maggie is "army" crawling all over the place and she also likes to walk around while you hold her hands. She loves eating, especially her zwieback toast, and she lets us know how she feels when we take it away because she has sucked it down to a very chokable nub. She still loves bathtime, and I am excited to see what she will think about swimming this summer (I hope she likes it).
Maggie has enough hair for her little bows to stay in pretty well, and now that it is not freezing, she has one on her head almost daily, especially if we go out. She is just the sweetest little girl, and she is getting to be more and more fun.

Apologies:

Well, we had a great Easter, but we forgot the camera in Lewiston, so the pictures will have to wait. Sorry, again... We are doing well, and hoping for some warm weather. Maggie has a cold, but doing well besides that. She did her first scooting on Easter morning, and it is pretty cute, especially because she only scoots with bare legs, pants just get in the way. On Easter she had her own chunk of pineapple, and a small hunk of a hot cross bun. She loved it.
Pitures will come, but I don't know when...

Sorry

I apologize for the long silence, but we had some internet trouble, but today the computer has grabbed some wireless from the air, so I thought I would update. We have been having crazy spring weather-snow, hail, sleet, sunshine, and thunder and lightning. Maggie is doing great, and is eating more and getting closer and closer to crawling. She loves to stand up and bounce, she is sleeping through the night (hurray!), and her favorite food is probably Brown Cow cream top yogurt... I will try to get some Easter pics up early next week. Happy Easter!

Tryin to get back to normal

After our fabulous trip to Las Vegas, we are getting back to normal, almost. Sam is sick, and Maggie is working on her teeth (I hope), but at least Maggie is back in her own bed, not sleeping through the night, but on a regular sleeping schedule, and she loves to eat bananas, and is getting better and better at mastering the spoon. It is tricky to feed her because she gets excited and gets that little tongue going-in and out, in and out, but she manages to get some in.
