Maggie's art

These are two of Maggie's most recent pieces. She tends to go for a monochromatic look, but in the first one she used two crayons at once. She has also crayoned her rocking chair in a light purple and orange. My little artist is getting better at holding her crayons, but in the beginning she would lightly hold the very end and then draw her picture. We might be willing to sell or do a commissioned piece of art, but Maggie might think it takes away from the integrity of her art...

puff vest

Our friend/neighbor/photographer took these pictures of Maggie earlier this winter. I just never got around to posting them. I think that they are pretty adorable.

Ice Sculptures

This guy reminds me of Falcor from The Neverending Story, except not quite as creepy.

Candyland in ice:

From Sam to Me

This is the way that I see my new Gevalia coffeemaker in the morning, pre-coffee.
And here is what it actually looks like:
Isn't it so shiny and beautiful? Sam gave it to me for Valentine's day, and I love it. He knows just what I want...

Our little diva...

I think she is ready for the stage.

The Super Bowl

We went to Lewiston to take advantage of Sam's parents' tv and comfy furniture. Maggie had a blast . . .

preparing for her turn at the National Anthem . . .

fishing out toys and showing off her cute bottom . . .

the Boss only wishes he had half her pipes.
